Harbourline ("we", "us") provides workflow infrastructure for small product teams. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

• Account data — name, work email address, and workspace membership.
• Connected source data — content from the services you authorise, stored in normalised form alongside its source permissions.
• Usage data — queries, feature interactions, and error diagnostics, retained for 90 days.
• Billing data — handled by our payment processor; we never store full card numbers.

Why we collect it

• To operate the service and return results for your queries.
• To enforce the permission boundaries carried over from your source systems.
• To diagnose faults and improve reliability.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

What we do not do

• We do not sell personal data.
• We do not use your content to train models.
• We do not write back to connected sources unless you explicitly enable a write scope.

Retention

Content is retained while your workspace is active. After cancellation you may export the full graph for 30 days, after which it is deleted from primary storage and backups within a further 30 days.

Sub-processors

We use a small number of infrastructure and payment providers. A current list is available on request from hello@magius-wing.me.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to hello@magius-wing.me. We respond within 30 days.
